Offline updates can be performed by placing offline update packages on a USB flash drive and plugging it into the server PC then following the instructions depending on the type of update to install:

System/Daemon

Daemon updates are distributed as .odup (Offline Daemon Update Package) files, which are around 6 MB in size. Contact Wolfram Manufacturing to obtain an update file if you believe one is necessary.

To update the daemon or install other system packages, click "Update from media" in the "System information" section. Select the USB drive and file from the list and then click Install.

Applications

Application updates are distributed as .oappup (Offline APPlication Update Package) files, which are around 800 MB in size and contain updated versions of all services that make up a single application. Contact Wolfram Manufacturing to obtain an update file if you believe one is necessary.

To update applications with an offline update package, click "Load update from media" in the "Application management" section. For each update file, select the USB drive and file from the list and then click Install. Once an application update has been installed, click Restart under that application to apply the update.
