  • New Features:
    • Modbus TCP I/O – Added new industrial protocol Modbus TCP I/O to allow Modbus TCP clients to integrate to TMAC I/O remotely.
    • Peak Search Tool – Added new Data Viewer tool that allows searching for upper and lower peak values.
    • Sensor Always Streaming – Added new setting to the system configuration screen to allow a sensor to be “always streaming”. This enables additional features that require an “always available” buffer of data.
    • Chart Data Before & After Monitoring – Added new instance parameter settings to setup recording a data buffer before a start monitor and after a stop monitor or extreme alarm (requires a sensor to be always streaming).
    • Peak Idle – Added peak idle detect to allow calculating idle based on the max value of a series of points before the start monitor (requires a sensor to be always streaming).
    • Communications Status Widget – Added new menu containing the status of all configured devices to the main screens tool bar including a color indicator. Device status’s are now also visible from the diagnostics menu.
    • Idle Follows Timeout – Added new Job menu setting that allows idle follows to be automatically turned off after specified amount of time within a job segment.
    • Query Sensors – Allows searching for any Caron Engineering Inc. USB or Ethernet sensor while using the system configuration.
    • Integrator Support Info – Added new Integrator Support message to the system configuration to allow integrators to override the default Caron Engineering Inc. support message.
    • Set System Date – The system information screen now allows setting the current date and time.
    • Simplified Views – Changed the view editor to use a more simplified pick list for selecting the channel layout.
    • 6 Channel View – Added the ability to have 6 channels visible in a single view.
    • Signature Global Edits – Added Signature job parameters to the global edit’s menu.
    • 2-Phase Motors – Added support for monitoring 2 phase (DC) motors using the PT800.
    • Haas CNC Support – Added Haas CNC control support.
      Additional Notes:
    • Added “Cut Time” to system events that occur while monitoring.
    • Added additional machine details to the support package.
    • Fixed an issue with the Explorer home screen where the machine list scroll bar would stop working.
    • Fixed an issue with passive data not being able to purge if it was recorded during a “Signature” cut.
    • Fixed an issue where undercut alarms were not being flagged on recording files while using the viewer filtering.
    • Fixed an issue where feedrate override was not being rendered correctly on specific cuts in the Data Viewer.
    • Fixed an issue where Signature reference cuts were not able to be purged.
    • Fixed an issue where release notes where not being shown in chronological order.
    • Fixed an issue with incorrect validation of the approach off job menu setting.
    • Fixed an issue where logging would not stop when the hard drive disk was flagged as full.
    • Fixed an issue where a crash would occur when multiple instances were using email notifications.
