The landing page, accessible by visiting the server's IP address in a web browser, shows tiles across the top for each Wolfram Manufacturing application that is available. Whether the application links open in the current tab or a new tab can be customized.

HTTPS links

Some applications make use of browser features that are only available on pages loaded with HTTPS. These applications have a separate lock icon on their tile. Clicking this lock icon will open the application with HTTPS. The first time you do this, you may have to bypass a browser warning. This warning appears because the server is not hosted on the internet, so it does not have a publicly-verified HTTPS certificate, but your connection to the server will still be encrypted.

Custom links

This page is also capable of showing custom links organized into sections. To add links:

  1. Click "Customize" at the top right of the landing page.
  2. For each section you want to add:
    1. Under "Custom links" click "New section".
    2. Enter a name for the new section.
    3. For each link you want to add to this section:
      1. Click "Add link".
      2. Enter the display name and target URL of the link.
      3. Turn on "open in new tab/window" if you would like the link to open in a new tab when clicked, otherwise leave it off and the link will open in the tab showing the landing page.
      4. Turn on "enable ping" if you would like the link to be color-coded based on whether it is reachable from the current browser. This can indicate whether a VPN connection is necessary, whether the link target is down, etc.
      5. If you would like, upload a small icon to display next to the link name in the list. Icons are limited to 100 KB each.
      6. Click OK to save the link.
  3. You can rearrange links in a section by clicking the up and down arrow buttons, and you can rearrange sections by clicking the "move up" and "move down" buttons.
  4. To edit a link, click the pencil icon in its row.
  5. To delete a link, click the trash can icon in its row.
  6. To delete an entire section, click its "delete" button.
  7. Click "Save" on the right side of the page when you are done. To cancel all current changes, click "discard" instead.
