3.2	TBD	Added Modbus TCP server industrial protocol to TMAC. This will allow integration with robot interfaces and generic interfaces. The idea is you create virtual IO bits using the Modbus TCP configuration screen in TMAC and map them to IO in the system configuration. Then, a device can connect and read / write those registers to use to control an external interface (a lot like how R registers work on a FANUC). The current scan rate is 10 milliseconds Query USB / Ethernet sensors added to system configuration. Added the ability to download USB / Ethernet sensors internal settings for diagnostics (verify calibration, configuration, etc). Select the ( ! ) icon in the nee sensor query menu to view the sensors information. Primary, Coolant, and Spindle channels have the option to be “Always Enabled” which allows additional features to be enabled that require a persistent connection to a sensor. Note: This should only be used on sensors that you want to use the additional features on (Peak idle, buffering, etc). Added settings to allow buffering and archiving data before and after a start monitor and after extreme alarm to chart files. Each setting has a maximum of 5 seconds. Note: This option is enabled for sensors that have the “Always Enabled” option turned on in the system configuration. Added peak idle detect to the job menu which will grab the peak value of buffered data for usage with idle. This has a maximum of 5 seconds. Note: This option is only visible for sensors that have the “Always Enabled” option turned on in the system configuration Added idle follows timer which will turn idle follows off when the timer expires (begins on a start monitor). Added new peripheral status menu from the home screen when connected to a TMAC. This shows the status of all connections. The “worst case” color will flash on the icon. Yellow for warning, red for error Added channel state and peripheral states to the diagnostics menu. Added new custom support message input for integrators to add their information to the support tab in the system information screen. The message can be set in the “advanced” tab in the system configuration. We tried to simplify the process by allowing importing / exporting a message to be reused in the future Added a new and improved (hopefully simplified) view editor experience. Instead of expanding, splitting, and manipulating views using the tool bar, there is now a unified button that allows you to select the view configuration you’re looking for. Select the channel count you want to visualize on the left bar, and select the view configuration. Added the ability to view up to 6 channels simultaneously on a single view. If this works out well, we also are not opposed to opening it up to 8 channels. We are looking for feedback first before we open the flood gates (processing power of the PC the software is running on is the bottle neck). Added setting the date alongside setting the time on a TCU system. Added peak search functionality to the viewer. You can search the upper and lower peaks, as well as selecting the entire cut, a specific time increment, or a custom time range where you select two points on the graph and it will snap to the peak value.
