* Added Modbus TCP server industrial protocol to TMAC. This will allow integration with robot interfaces and generic interfaces. The idea is you create virtual IO bits using the Modbus TCP configuration screen in TMAC and map them to IO in the system configuration. Then, a device can connect and read / write those registers to use to control an external interface (a lot like how R registers work on a FANUC). The current scan rate is 10 milliseconds
* ''New Features:''
* Query USB / Ethernet sensors added to system configuration.
** '''Modbus TCP I/O''' – Added new industrial protocol Modbus TCP I/O to allow Modbus TCP clients to integrate to TMAC I/O remotely.
* Added the ability to download USB / Ethernet sensors internal settings for diagnostics (verify calibration, configuration, etc). Select the ( ! ) icon in the nee sensor query menu to view the sensors information.
** '''Peak Search Tool''' – Added new Data Viewer tool that allows searching for upper and lower peak values.
* Primary, Coolant, and Spindle channels have the option to be “Always Enabled” which allows additional features to be enabled that require a persistent connection to a sensor.
** '''Sensor Always Streaming''' – Added new setting to the system configuration screen to allow a sensor to be “always streaming”. This enables additional features that require an “always available” buffer of data.
*# Note: This should only be used on sensors that you want to use the additional features on (Peak idle, buffering, etc).
** '''Chart Data Before & After Monitoring''' – Added new instance parameter settings to setup recording a data buffer before a start monitor and after a stop monitor or extreme alarm (requires a sensor to be always streaming).
* Added settings to allow buffering and archiving data before and after a start monitor and after extreme alarm to chart files. Each setting has a maximum of 5 seconds.
** '''Peak Idle''' – Added peak idle detect to allow calculating idle based on the max value of a series of points before the start monitor (requires a sensor to be always streaming).
*# Note: This option is enabled for sensors that have the “Always Enabled” option turned on in the system configuration.
** '''Communications Status Widget''' – Added new menu containing the status of all configured devices to the main screens tool bar including a color indicator. Device status’s are now also visible from the diagnostics menu.
* Added peak idle detect to the job menu which will grab the peak value of buffered data for usage with idle. This has a maximum of 5 seconds.
** '''Idle Follows Timeout''' – Added new Job menu setting that allows idle follows to be automatically turned off after specified amount of time within a job segment.
*# Note: This option is only visible for sensors that have the “Always Enabled” option turned on in the system configuration
** '''Query Sensors''' – Allows searching for any Caron Engineering Inc. USB or Ethernet sensor while using the system configuration.
* Added idle follows timer which will turn idle follows off when the timer expires (begins on a start monitor).
** '''Integrator Support Info''' – Added new Integrator Support message to the system configuration to allow integrators to override the default Caron Engineering Inc. support message.
* Added new peripheral status menu from the home screen when connected to a TMAC. This shows the status of all connections. The “worst case” color will flash on the icon. Yellow for warning, red for error
** '''Set System Date''' – The system information screen now allows setting the current '''date''' and time.
* Added channel state and peripheral states to the diagnostics menu.
** '''Simplified Views''' – Changed the view editor to use a more simplified pick list for selecting the channel layout.
* Added new custom support message input for integrators to add their information to the support tab in the system information screen. The message can be set in the “advanced” tab in the system configuration. We tried to simplify the process by allowing importing / exporting a message to be reused in the future
** '''6 Channel View''' – Added the ability to have 6 channels visible in a single view.
* Added a new and improved (hopefully simplified) view editor experience. Instead of expanding, splitting, and manipulating views using the tool bar, there is now a unified button that allows you to select the view configuration you’re looking for. Select the channel count you want to visualize on the left bar, and select the view configuration.
** '''Signature Global Edits''' – Added Signature job parameters to the global edit’s menu.
* Added the ability to view up to 6 channels simultaneously on a single view. If this works out well, we also are not opposed to opening it up to 8 channels. We are looking for feedback first before we open the flood gates (processing power of the PC the software is running on is the bottle neck).
** '''2-Phase Motors''' – Added support for monitoring 2 phase (DC) motors using the PT800.
* Added setting the date alongside setting the time on a TCU system.
** '''Haas CNC Support''' – Added Haas CNC control support. <br />''Additional Notes:''
* Added peak search functionality to the viewer. You can search the upper and lower peaks, as well as selecting the entire cut, a specific time increment, or a custom time range where you select two points on the graph and it will snap to the peak value.

** Added “Cut Time” to system events that occur while monitoring.
** Added additional machine details to the support package.
** Fixed an issue with the Explorer home screen where the machine list scroll bar would stop working.
** Fixed an issue with passive data not being able to purge if it was recorded during a “Signature” cut.
** Fixed an issue where undercut alarms were not being flagged on recording files while using the viewer filtering.
** Fixed an issue where feedrate override was not being rendered correctly on specific cuts in the Data Viewer.
** Fixed an issue where Signature reference cuts were not able to be purged.
** Fixed an issue where release notes where not being shown in chronological order.
** Fixed an issue with incorrect validation of the approach off job menu setting.
** Fixed an issue where logging would not stop when the hard drive disk was flagged as full.
** Fixed an issue where a crash would occur when multiple instances were using email notifications.
